**Role Summary**
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Food & Beverage Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to golf course members and guests. Based primarily out of our clubhouse and operating our refreshment carts, this role will ensure efficient service and exceed guest expectations within clubhouse standards.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
- Ensure accuracy in orders and ensure each item meets quality standards.
- Anticipate and address customer needs throughout their golfing experience.
- Greet and serve customers on the course while operating the refreshment cart.
- Maintain stock, and inventory of refreshment carts daily.
- Keep the lounge area, service stations, and refreshment carts clean and organized.
- Maintain daily food preparation, kitchen maintenance and safety protocols.
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Suggest additional items or upsell promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Adhere and support all safety requirements and quality standards set forth in the PEI Occupational Health and Safety General Regulations, PEI Occupational Health and Safety Act and Island Coastal’s Safety Management System.
- Use your experience to identify health and safety deficiencies and support Management in implementing solutions OR report to Management when required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**What You Bring**
- Customer service experience considered an asset.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Food and Safety Certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
