We are a customer-focused retail company committed to delivering exceptional service and personalized shopping experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a **Client Care Representative** who is passionate about helping customers and ensuring a smooth and positive retail experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions in a professional manner
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure accurate and timely customer service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, services, promotions, and policies
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines
- Document interactions and feedback to help improve client service operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Pay: $22.78-$23.45 per hour

- Day shift
