**Job Title: Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
- Utilize strong project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Communicate project plans, risks, and issues effectively with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables by team members and vendors
- Manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution
- Communicate with the customer to ensure specifications captured within the order are aligned with their expectations
- Support the Customer Integration team in acting as liaison between Sales and Production.
- Act as an escalation point for any customer issues/complaints.
- Analyze project data and generate progress reports for management review
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams
- Assist in administrative functions to support project management activities
- Attend virtual or in-person conferences as required
- Be a strong brand ambassador; leverage opportunities to showcase the personal pride we place in our work

**Skills**:

- Engineering degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager **within the construction industry**:

- Fully adept in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
- Prior experience within a customer success role is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building skills, both with our clients and across internal teams.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, preparing summaries and status reporting

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 1 year (required)
- Project management (Construction Industry): 3 years (required)
