**Job Summary**
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Hotel Construction Project Manager located in Woodbridge, ON. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of a new hotel project.

**Duties**
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid for accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Prepare and review schematics and blueprints to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Implement project management software like ProCore for effective tracking of progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Ensure timely reporting on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam and other construction management software.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to liaise between teams and clients.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is essential.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
