**Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator**

We are a private sector company in the calibration industry looking to staff a full-time, permanent Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator position.
- Schedule incoming and onsite projects for customers
- Provide customers with quotations on large and small projects
- Maintain customer records
- Interface with technical and logistics staff, serving as the client advocate
- Manage client payments and purchase orders

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Problem-solving skills, ability to find the best solution to a given situation
- Technical experience is an asset
- Bilingual (English and French)
- West-end location, free parking

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)

Work remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
