Full Job Description

Evelynn Property Creations is currently offering an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the Co-owners.
- Support and improve the Co-owners in various capacities and increase effectiveness by;
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings as well as managing calendars.
- Coordinating and executing various details or administrative tasks (booking travel, managing mileage, paying bills, arranging various events or appointments, etc.).
- Special project work as required.
- Manage office administrative functions.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Work with staff to ensure communication throughout the organization.
- Take initiative to ensure the office, common spaces and client areas are clean and tidy.
- Be client-literate (listen well) and ensure the Co-owners time is leveraged by communicating with other staff and clients (gain/gather cultural intelligence).
- Assist with organizing monthly staff meetings and events.
- Other duties as required, such as: job site visits, material orders, photography (or facilitation of), social media and website management.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
