**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Proudly represent the Company by attending events and delivering presentations regarding the organization and job opportunities at career events, high schools, and post-secondary institutions, community events, etc
- Capitalize on the AIPP Designation of the company through international recruitment efforts, working closely with Immigration Services.
- Develop an immigration strategy to support workforce needs
- Conduct prescreening interviews, reference and background checks
- Support Diversity and Inclusion best practices
- Coordinate all internal recruitment processes
- Utilize traditional, as well as new/innovative methods including social media, and online networks to achieve recruitment targets
- Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
- Build solid relationships with all stakeholders to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of a value-added service
- Continuously maintain company website recruitment page and assist with completion of the weekly ‘role call’

**Essential Job Requirements**:

- Experience with high-volume recruitment
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or another appropriate field preferred
- CPHR or RPR designation preferred
- Proven experience in employment immigration legislation and processes, with a familiarity with the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program considered a strong asset
- Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment
- Able to work in a fast-paced, result focused environment
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent in all MS Office (focus on Excel and PP)
- Experience using UKG Pro (preferred) or other ATS
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to Travel (domestically and internationally)
