The specialist will manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, while also developing strategies to improve employee retention. The role involves maintaining clear communication with team members, organizing and conducting training programs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
