**TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST**

**Protrans Personnel Services Inc. is a full-service recruitment agency specializing in transportation, warehousing and distribution, light manufacturing, and administrative placements. We provide businesses with human resource solutions that help them meet their goals, and match employees with rewarding career options.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews via in-person or online platforms
- Manage and solve any customer orders, disputes, and escalations to ensure an overall positive customer experience
- Grow key accounts
- Educate customers on employment legislation and staffing related matters
- Meet weekly recruitment targets

**Educational Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of recent account management/customer service experience **or**:

- Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (Oral and Writing)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous work using Bullhorn's CRM-ATS or other applicant tracking systems
