Now, we’re looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team, could this be you?
**Purpose of the Position**:
Ensure client’s technical questions are answered and any technical issues are recognized or resolved in a timely manner. Providing Ridiculously Remarkable support to all inquiries is critical to the success of our technical support team.
This position can be worked 100% remotely.
This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely. **Responsibilities**
- Triage and front line support to clients through online inquiries
- Phone Support
- Ticket Master
- Knowledge Sharing
- Maintaining Training Certification Program
**General Key Criteria**
- Skill/Specialty: Effective written and oral communication (English), time management, prioritization, previous LMS experience
- Degree: Diploma
- Industry: Hospitality & Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Years Experience in Field/Career: 1-2
