Base pay range CA$68,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr The Role We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team at IPH Limited in Vancouver. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will work on the Helpdesk team and be responsible for providing support for our IT systems, troubleshooting, managing support tickets, offering IT training, assisting with hardware and software issues, and maintaining documentation. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused individual. Responsibilities Manage and assist with computers, printers, networks, smartphones, email, and applications. Provide technical help in-person, over the phone, or via e-mail. Troubleshoot and fix IT problems, and track them in the ticketing system. Work with teams and providers to solve technical issues. Provide IT training during onboarding and as needed. Maintain user and IT documentation in the knowledge base. Help with workstation setups, system rollouts, and updates. Track and manage IT hardware and inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a relevant combination of education and 2+ years of hands‑on helpdesk/support experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, and/or Zendesk is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. The salary for this role will be positioned between $68,000 - $80,000 taking into consideration factors such as location, job‑related knowledge, prior experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
