As our brand-new project manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running and efficient management of all activities of the project team.

**What does it look like?**
- Act as a liaison between the implementation team, management, and the client ;
- Ensure the proper use of our project methodologies, tools, and resources ;
- Train team members on all aspects of project methodology ;
- Develop project plans ;
- Monitor project planning ;
- Ensure that critical tasks are completed according to established priorities ;
- Actively participate in the evolution of the project office and its processes by proposing improvements or testing new ways of doing things ;
- Ensure the completion of administrative tasks related to projects (billing, validation of deliverables).

If you're a great communicator, adept at both summarizing complex information and listening openly to others, you're already on the right track.

More specifically, our ideal colleague is someone who possess the following qualities:

- Fluency in both of our working languages (English & French), adept in written and verbal communication ;
- Demonstrates a responsible attitude and takes full responsibility for assigned projects ;
- Capable of making quick and informed decisions ;
- Demonstrates natural leadership ;
- Has a good sense of initiative and takes all necessary measures to move files forward ;
- Can remain calm in somewhat tense situations - We know, in IT, someone always forgets to push code at some point ;
- Has good negotiation skills as well as customer service skills - We love our customers; we want to keep them for a long time ;
- Holds an undergraduate degree in computer science, business administration, or any other relevant field ;
- Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience in information technology ;
- Has at least three (3) years of experience in project management ;
- Demonstrates curiosity and ease in problem-solving ;
- Is comfortable with the use of new technologies and computer tools in project management (e.g.: DevOps, Teams, Office 365, MS Projects).
