**Company Description**
Ensiti is looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager for a well-established company in downtown Montreal. This role is an opportunity to work closely with the Director of Marketing to drive marketing initiatives for major American brands. We’re seeking someone with strong expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and consumer engagement who can bring fresh ideas and strategic insight to the team.
**Job Description** Branding and Marketing Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute consistent and impactful brand strategies.
- Prepare in-depth reports and presentations.
- Oversee the roll-out of marketing campaigns across in-store and digital channels.
- Create and manage project briefs, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.

**Product Marketing & Project Management**:

- Liaise with the Product Marketing team to highlight essential product features.
- Maintain workflow across departments, monitoring timelines and project resources.
- Keep brand documentation up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Support in monitoring KPIs, focusing on consumer satisfaction.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**:

- Collaborate on social media content planning and campaign briefs.
- Manage relationships with third-party customer support teams, tracking performance metrics.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual in English and French with strong written skills.
- Great experience in consumer goods products
- Experience with marketing products that contains electrical components
- Experience in the consumer goods sector, particularly with major retailers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of branding, product launches, and digital marketing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of related experience.
