Technical Support Specialist

**Job Purpose**
The job purpose of a Technical Support Specialist is to provide assistance and solutions to users experiencing technical, software, or hardware issues. Their primary role is to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and to help end users troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, thereby minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
The company seeks diverse and uniquely talented individuals, each working to bring their skills to the team to meet the primary objective of providing exceptional customer service. Most importantly, the role contributes to product designs and a manufacturing environment that is world-class and of the highest quality. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and respond to RFQs & ENQs in collaboration with the commercial and technical teams
- Create and revise seal designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks or Solid Edge.
- Support field service activities, including troubleshooting, installation assistance, and failure
investigations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, repair shop, sales, and procurement) to align priorities and ensure efficient workflow.
Assist with order processing, pricing support, and sourcing activities to meet customer and project timelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by helping develop procedures, technical training content, and process documentation.
