**Who We're Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**:Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
- **Team Management**:Supervise and coordinate suppliers, and site staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- **Safety Enforcement**:Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect work progress to guarantee adherence to design specifications and high-quality workmanship.
- **Problem Solving**:Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays or disruptions.
- **Client Communication**:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records, including schedules, reports, and daily logs.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably with general contractors managing multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Certification in construction management (an asset).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
Work Location: On-site, local and remote work available
