**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Operations**:

- Onboard new customers and provision access to the myQuest learning platform.
- Send book tokens, create new customer folders on Google Shared Drive, update Trello boards and Excel sheets with client details.
- Send psychometric assessment links to program participants and monitor their progress.
- Download and distribute assessment results to clients, coaches, and shared drives.
- Assist with setting up 1-1 debrief meetings and remind coaches to record sessions.
- Download and save recordings of sessions from Zoom to shared drives and SharePoint, edit one copy and save to Vimeo.
- Monitor the 1-1 coaching section of myQuest and use embedded AI to generate suitable replies or comments.
- Send weekly Office Hour reminders and announcements.
- Download and save recordings and transcripts of Office Hour calls to SharePoint.
- Monitor client progress and update tracking Excel sheets.
- **Library Management**:

- Manage a business library with over 3200 books, 250+ Audible books, 280+ The Great Courses, and various articles (print & online).
- **Marketing Operations**:

- Administer Buzz.ai campaigns and communications with prospects and leads.
- Monitor Sales Navigator messaging connected to the Founder’s LinkedIn account.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM contact lists and collaborate with the Marketing lead.
- Prepare information for sales calls and help with social media posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Download sales call recordings from Zoom to SharePoint and Vimeo, and update tracking Excel sheets.
- **Financial Operations**:

- Help with monthly cost control by monitoring bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks, categorizing, and closing them.
- **Community Outreach**:

- Assist with launching programs to the Iranian community in Toronto, including translating materials, creating marketing campaign messages, and sourcing advertising opportunities.
- **Video Production**:

- Record and edit new videos, save copies to SharePoint, and manage video content.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Act as an admin on 80/20 Consulting Inc.'s Microsoft Office 365, managing active users, password resets, permissions, and access for contract staff.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Familiarity with Office 365 suite of products and Copilot.
- Library management experience.
- Fluent in the Persian language and able to translate from English to Persian
- Ability to learn and become proficient in new online systems and productivity tools.
- Suggest and improve business operations.
- Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Video editing experience with Filmora is an advantage.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, myQuest experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Vimeo, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and SharePoint.

**Additional Information**:

- Free access to the 8020 Excellerate program and training in all systems used will be provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Additional pay:
