**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits, ensuring optimal use of the dentist’s time.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing with professionalism.
- Assist with insurance verification and processing claims as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and patient files and assisting in various dental procedures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staffsto ensure seamless patient care, including assisting with administrative tasks related to pediatrics or orthodontics when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist/assisting or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential; familiarity with CAD is a plus.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages, including children in pediatric settings.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
