If you're ready for a new challenge, Crestline is seeking a **Regional Sales Coordinator **to add to our **Canadian Ambulance** team**. **The Regional Sales Coordinator is a liaison between the Ambulance Sales team and our Production team as it relates to the complete sales quote documentation process from contract stage through to delivery of the vehicle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

- Primary contact within organization for the RMS’s for communication on product options, content, quotes, order and build status updates
- Process quotes interacting with various RSM’s, and internal departments (Eng, Prod, SCM) on design specifications and pricing
- Host, attend, and keep record of actions and outcomes of internal Bid/No Bid meetings with internal departments (Eng, Prod, and SCM)
- Assemble and administer written technical specifications to support and develop a knowledge database for professional bid packages
- Work with the RSM’s, Bid Support, and internal departments to gather, review, and announce all relevant vehicle order information
- Assist the team with special order items by providing detailed information on our customers’ needs and expectations to all departments within the company
- Coordinate with RSM the Bid/RFP and order submissions for accuracy and supporting documentation
- Provide support, guidance, and submission, within the quoting process for a quick turn around and accurate quotes, update & maintain CPQ database’s for accuracy and market demands
- Secure documentation related to the vehicles before completion, review and complete invoicing and delivery documentation

As the Regional Sales Coordinator, you will bring:

- University / College Degree in Business or Science or diploma in a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support role
- Experience-based in project management an asset
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry an asset
- Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Project Management software (MS Projects) platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and MS Projects); intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Bilingual French and English an asset
- Customer-driven focus (both internal and external)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven low error rate in work performed
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel, prioritize work, and meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to focus on continuous process improvement to improve work methods and efficiency
