**Regional Marketing and Sales Manager, Saskatchewan**
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and indirectly to the Vice President, Communities, Saskatchewan, this role serves as the single point of mainly marketing and secondarily sales accountability for the Saskatchewan region that they manage, overseeing sales and marketing staff, marketing budget allocation and management, tactical planning and delivery, strategic partnerships, and service innovation as it relates to sales and marketing. This role will be located in Saskatoon.
**What will you do?**
Leading tactical marketing within the Saskatchewan region, this position will be responsible for:
- **_ Research and Analysis_**
- Scoping, implementing, and delivering market analysis to better understand industry trends, competitor positions and marketability impacts.
- Designing, developing, and conducting consumer analysis, to identify consumer trends, profiles and preferences that will influence key regional decisions.
- Leading tracking, analysis and performance reporting of campaign and web analytics.
- Engaging in descriptive and predictive data analysis working with competitors, customer(s), operational and financial data.
- **_Brand Activation_**
- Leading the development and implementation of brand activation plans.
- Managing storytelling and expression of the brand to extend reach and impact.
- Collaborating with the Interactive and Design Coordinator/Partner in terms of brand planning, positioning, visual design, and experience.
- **_Digital Marketing_**
- Collaboratively supporting website under the division, including researching, creating, and publishing website content.
- Working with the Digital Marketing Specialist/Partner, engaging in search engine optimization activities, including competitor analysis, search word assessment, keyword content integration, Google AdWords campaign management, A/B testing, and other activities.
- Overseeing and managing social media platforms, content, and performance.
- Collaborate with agencies to design and effectively execute channel strategy and media buying; dynamically minimizing cost and maximizing outcome.
- Monitoring and responding to customer online reviews.
- **_Traditional, Out of Home and Sponsorship Marketing_**
- Providing tactical support to sales team in terms of marketing collateral, brand / product messaging, event coordination / attendance, client engagement, and other activities.
- Leading the tactical approach and execution of on-site signage.
- Working with industry publications and news media outlets to roll out earned and paid media.
- Orchestrating geo-targeted out-of-home campaign planning and execution.
- Pursuing amenities and building sponsorship naming rights.
- **_Tactical Planning and Management_**
- Creating and managing implementation of marketing plans.
- Developing and actively managing marketing budgets by project, as well as annual period (annual marketing budget approximately).
- When required, provide / supplement on occasion tactical planning support to other regions and divisions.
- **_Creative and Production Orchestration_**
- Receiving direction from the Interactive and Design Coordinator and partnering with creative specialists, including creative directors, art directors, artists, designers, illustrators, photographers, typographers, and traffic managers.
- Providing business, brand, and creative direction, including scoping of work.
- Reviewing and approving project quotes, proofs, and phases of project delivery through pre

- Co-managing and maintaining digital assets and libraries.
- **_Sales Management _**
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through Rohit’s Sales Team (Area Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Internal Realtor Partners, Sales Coordinators).
- Developing and motivating the Sales Team through mentoring, skills development, and product knowledge development.
- Accountable for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization, and control of the Sales Team to accomplish specific objectives.
- Ensuring a consistent delivery of Customer Care, as well as defining and meeting customer care objectives in coordination with the leadership team.
- Compiling micro/macro-economic market information on new homes, resales, and competitor’s sales activity, to include developing and maintaining competition surveys for all active neighborhoods.
