Plastic Staffing is looking for a
**Receiver/Inventory Specialist** to join a fast-growing, family-oriented company. We offer a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where our team members have growth opportunities.

You will be mainly responsible for all receiving functions and maintaining accurate inventory levels for the manufacturing organization, as well as other miscellaneous tasks assigned by your supervisor.

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for classifying, labelling, and warehousing of all product received for future use
- Report shortages, overages, and all inventory levels as per Kanban replenishment
- Responsible for receiving and logging all inventory purchases
- Must complete physical inventory counts as required by company policy
- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
- Operate machinery used in the Receiving/Inventory control process, or assist machine
operators
- Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are
identified
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and take proper care of all equipment and
facilities
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
- Follow all safety rules and policies
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Prepare product for shipment
- Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually (up to 50 lbs. using a hoist)
- May be required to work an alternative shift
- Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
- Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Controller
