Inventory Associate

Role and Responsibilities
- Shipping and Receiving - including customs duties/documentation.
- Inventory Control.
- Transactions
- Inventory Ordering
- MRO/Consumables Ordering
- Inventory counts/Auditing
- Perform Year End & Periodic Inventory Counts.
- Tools Management including Tool Calibration.
- Fleet support as required.
- Other operational and administration duties as required.
- Occasional shiftwork required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Control.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Software. (Intermediate Excel skills an asset).
- Effective working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience with mechanical and material handling systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (25kg max).
- Forklift & Crane operational experience an asset.
- Valid G license with clean abstract.

**Personal Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail & a disciplined approach to work.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Self-starter who can work on multiple projects at a time.
- Ability and willingness to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
