Inventory Management Specialist

**What We Do**
- Create water treatment products in a plant atmosphere, assembly of large to small plumbing plastic components, filling tanks with resins, quality inspections, and packaging to ship all over North America.
- Support a safety-focused culture to provide a better work experience for all employees.
- Produce safe, high-quality water treatment products that provide improved water quality for our customers.
- Day Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Work location on-site.
**What We Need**
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of inventory management experience
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Excel skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory to best accuracy, ensuring necessary levels are maintained.
- Maintain inventory minimum and maximum levels
- Provide inventory forecasting for future purchases
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine a plan of action
- Review receiving of components and finished goods
- Manage the item master and prepare inventory requirements for purchasing
- Set up and manage conversion order process when modifying bill of materials and set up and maintain daily cycle counts with production.
**What We Offer**
- Hourly Rate: $30.00-$40.00
- Benefits: Our group benefit plan covers medical and dental 50/50 payment plan (after 3 Months).
