**Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Office Administrator** to support daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales and accounting teams, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- Acknowledge and process incoming purchase orders.
- Generate work orders and manage post production router documentation.
- Maintain and organize electronic filing systems for client and production records.
- Complete client questionnaires, surveys, and compliance documentation as required.
**Accounting Support**:
- Reconcile vendor bills and company credit card transactions.
- General bookkeeping entries as required.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.
**Payroll & HR Support**:
- Reconcile employee timecards on a bi-weekly basis.
- Process bi-weekly payroll in coordination with HR/payroll service providers.
- Generate employment contracts, employee letters as requested by CFO
**Office Administration**:
- Manage office supply inventories and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate printer servicing and supply ordering
- Oversee third-party service contracts, including office cleaners
- Support general office duties such as mail distribution, scanning, and correspondence
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payroll and basic accounting principles is an asset

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
