Canterbury is seeking a highly motivated **Quality Control Technician** to support the Manufacturing team at our Richmond branch as a full-time, permanent member of the team.
As a part of the Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for conducting and documenting lab analyses of raw materials & finished products. You will also continuously performing and verifying on-line sampling and quality checking of products ensuring the highest quality output.
**You have**:
- Post-secondary education, BSc, Bachelors/Diploma in Food Science/Technology, or equivalent is preferred
- Lab training and experience
- SQF, HACCP and GMP training
**You are great at**:
- Communicating
- Working under pressure
- Leading and managing others
- Meeting deadlines
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Using Word and Excel
- Staying flexible to work shifts
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
