As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced **Pest Control Supervisor** to lead and support our field staff in delivering top-quality service.

**Office Location**: Unit 3, 16 Sims Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 2P1
**Terms of Employment**: Permanent Full-time by shifts including evening and weekend.
**Salary**: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
**Benefit**: Paid Vacation days
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule work shifts of pest control technicians and support staff, ensuring coverage and timely response to service calls.
- Monitor job progress and conduct inspections to verify service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated client concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Provide service quotes to clients based on site assessments, scope of work, and company pricing guidelines.
- Help develop and improve operational procedures to boost service effectiveness and technician performance.
- Track and manage inventory of equipment, products, and supplies.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to new and existing technicians on tools, safety protocols, and pest control best practices. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper use of materials and equipment.
- Keep accurate service and performance records, and submit regular reports to management.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and evaluation of new team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resolve operational challenges.
**Requirements**
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Ontario Exterminator Licence.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of pest management procedures and health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license and clean driving record.
