**This position is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in office.**

The role will work closely with a group of fellow Legal Assistants to provide support to Patent Litigation Associates and Articling Students in a dynamic and challenging environment.

**Position Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong communication, organizational and technical skills (MS Office suite).
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian Patent Litigation would be an asset.
- Proactive, and work well in both a team and independent work environment.
- Show initiative and display an interest in developing their knowledge of this practice area.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail is required.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work partially in our Ottawa office.
