Absolute Home Services is a home services company based in Burlington, ON. We are a one-stop shop for home owners for various home services. We currently operate a landscaping division, a painting division and a handyman services division.

We are looking to add a crew leader to our landscape maintenance team. You must have 3+ years in landscape maintenance experience, be customer-oriented and someone that wants an opportunity to join and grow with a great company that prides itself on its work and service.

**Job Purpose**

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading a maintenance crew to complete all types of landscape maintenance jobs on residential homes including lawn cutting, gardening, spring and fall clean ups, etc, along with some other enhancement projects such mulching, planting, pruning, trimming of shrubs and small trees, and sodding. Winter work is also available with residential snow removal.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The main goals of the landscape crew leader are to help build customer loyalty by providing professional quality work and excellent customer service, while performing jobs efficiently and on budget.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

- Leading a crew to complete landscape maintenance service and various landscape projects to customers' satisfaction
- Ensuring the safety of their crew, the equipment and the vehicles
- Leading the crews to hit time budgets on jobs
- Communicating with the project manager regularly and at times ordering materials
- Communicating with customers daily

**Qualifications**

Qualifications include:

- 3+ years in landscaping with some experience in landscape maintenance
- Experience operating a zero turn, mowers and line trimmers
- Comfortable pulling a landscape trailer
- Driver’s License and transportation to and from the yard daily
- Reference from past work experience in landscaping

**Start Date & Compensation**

Must be available to start at some point in April (exact date flexible)

Compensation will be hourly and based on experience: starting from 23-28/hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
