**Crew Leader - Residential Property Maintenance**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele.
- Work with and direct your team of 2-3 crew members keeping them safe, motivated, and productive.
- Licenced and able to drive truck and trailer.
- Responsible for keeping your fleet (truck, trailer, equipment) regularly maintained, tidy, and organized.
- Record keeping.
- Reports to Manager.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday _and_ Tuesday to Friday positions are available.
- Saturday work is optional (not mandatory).
- Approx. 10 hours per day.
- All team members meet at our shop/yard every morning.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and succeed.
- Accountability and reliability.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong mentor.
- Valid G driver’s licence and a clean driver's abstract.
- Your own reliable transportation to and from our facility.
- Physically able to perform all aspects of landscaping including heavy lifting (22 kg/50 lbs).
- Certified safety footwear in good condition.

**Ideally you have**:

- More than three years of relevant landscape industry experience.
- First Aid/CPR certification.

**Compensation**:
