Burlington-based Landscaping Company hiring for landscape maintenance crew for the upcoming season.

This is for lawn and garden maintenance about 30 or more hours a week on average(hours can be variable depends on the months).

**Starting from $22/hour** depends on the experience.

**Landscape maintenance crew typically perform following tasks**:
Use the backpack blower and cleanup the leaves and other debris. Mow using lawn mowers (21”, 30” or walk-behind) or edge using power edger.

Trim the lawn using line trimmers.

Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using hand shears, pruners or hand saws.

Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, top-dressing, overseeding, weeding, dethatching, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Gather and remove litter, tree branches before mowing.

Cultivate the garden beds and weeding Follow the instruction and perform other tasks from time to time.

**Qualifications**

1+ seasons landscape experience preferred, but not must

Experience using motorized machines and tools used in landscaping

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Requires a great deal of discipline, ability to work well on a team

Attention to detail and constant alertness are necessary for safety reasons

Physically demanding and requires constant exposure to the elements including noise
