**Your Role as a Crew Leader in Residential Property Maintenance**:

- Manage and motivate your team effectively to maintain and beautify high-end residential properties.
- Ensure you and your team follow safe practices and company policies.
- Your daily responsibilities include: exceptional customer service, record keeping, maintenance of your fleet (truck, trailer, equipment), lawn mowing & trimming, garden weeding, plant/shrub pruning, garden bed edging, hedge trimming, planting, installing mulch and overseeding.
- You will report to Management.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G driver’s licence or higher.
- Proficient at driving a truck and towing a trailer.
- Familiar with MTO inspection requirements and safe driving/towing practices.
- Able to read and write.
- Able to use a smart phone and tablet.
- Physically able to perform all aspects of your role including heavy lifting up to 23 kg.
- Certified safety footwear in good condition.
- Your own transportation to and from our facility.

**Ideally you have**:

- More than three years of relevant landscape industry experience.
- A clean driving record.
- First Aid/CPR certification.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday. Average of 10 hours per day.
- During the months of April to June you will be required to work a minimum two Saturdays per month.
- Winter work includes residential snow clearing and property cleanups. Winter schedule varies based on weather.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated abilities.
- $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience.
