**You wi**ll
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Corporate Accounting Team
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Deposit cheques using RBC Cheque Pro service
- Perform bank runs as needed
- Post all payments received, including cheques and Electronic Funds Transfers
- Process monthly Accounts Receivable invoices
- Inquire about outstanding Accounts Receivable balances and resolve discrepancies
- Process Accounts Payable and act as back up for Accounts Payable holiday relief
- Address inquiries from Accounts Payable vendors
- Assist with filing, archiving and scanning of financial records
- Communicate effectively with other departments to obtain all required documents
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned

**You have**
- A minimum 1-year accounting/bookkeeping experience and some post-secondary education in Accounting
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great people skills, able to relate well to others and state your case

**Salary Range**
- $58,000 - $68,000 per year estimated, bask on experience and qualifications
