**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. This is a key leadership role that bridges the accounting team with the executive leadership group, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting, cash management, tax compliance, and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead corporate cash flow management, including debt servicing, intercompany transactions, and treasury operations.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities, including corporations and limited partnerships.
- Manage corporate and LP tax compliance, including filings, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning initiatives across the group.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
- Manage the accounting and reporting for WCPG’s income-producing properties, including budget vs. actual analysis.
- Coordinate insurance renewals and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for real estate-specific requirements (e.g., lenders, CMHC, and other regulatory bodies).
- Support and improve internal accounting policies, controls, and documentation.
- Collaborate with construction, development, and project accounting teams.
- Participate in entity reorganizations, dissolutions, and wind-ups.
- Take ownership of special projects and other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Manage and mentor a team of two or more accounting professionals.

**Qualifications**
- CPA designation (required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with limited partnerships and corporate tax is a strong asset
- Proven leadership skills and a mindset for process improvement and ownership
- Proficiency in **SAGE 300 Construction & Real Estate** (required)
- Strong Excel skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Pay: $95,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
