**Job Description**:
The QA Returns Coordinator will perform all returns repairs activities in-house and support 3PLs & Repair Facilities in Retail/Wholesale & E-Commerce returns functions. The QA Returns coordinator is responsible for the timely and efficient resolution of all returns cases, from receiving the shipment to facilitating the completion of repairs, final inspection and re-delivery of goods to the 3PLs.

This position will work in close collaboration with many departments within the Canada Goose organization - including but not limited to Production, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Customer Experience and Quality Assurance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and validate all incoming products through the returns channels, reporting any variances in a timely manner
- Follow inspection guidelines to assess products and determine authenticity of returned goods
- Inspect and analyze products across all categories to identify the condition and determine best solution for repairs, processing each case accordingly
- Upkeep data entry on all logs and forms, tracking each garment at every stage of the returns journey
- Perform fabric color matching to ensure fabric shades are a close match to original garments and work closely with the Warranty Operations team in monitoring fabric inventory used for Returns
- Liaise with marker making department and cutting department for all necessary pattern pieces and fabric cutting needed for repairs
- Liaise and coordinate with external contractors for repairs not performed in-house
- Manage all trims and spare parts inventory that pertains to Returns and work closely with replenishment team to order as needed for repair facilities + 3PLs
- Work closely with the production sewing operators and conduct post repair quality checks to ensure all repairs are fully executed within Canada Goose’s high-quality parameters
- Provide feedback to production sewing operators on repairs that do not meet quality standards and conduct continuous training/uptraining on repairs
- Review data to provide regular feedback on common repairs, defects, quality concerns/trends to various departments for improvement upstream
- Support in regular TrackVia audits of 3PLs + Repair Facilities and complete accuracy reports
- Ensure all shipments are dealt within a timely manner and work with supply chain and inventory team for continuous process improvement
- Support 3PLs and Repair Facilities with QA inquiries and spare parts requests
- Support Sales team’s QA inquiries for CAPA and RCA
- Ensure Quality Returns Manual and all training materials & documentation are updated and maintained on a regular basis
- Perform other duties as requested

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Fashion/Textile manufacturing required
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Quality Assurance field
- Familiarity with pattern making, cutting, sewing and garment construction
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or garment industry
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with ability to work under pressure independently or in a team environment
- Performance driven with the ability to hit targets and monitor KPIs
- Ability to adapt to business needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Strategic thinker with a can do and positive attitude
- Proficiency in TrackVia is an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin in an asset (written and verbal)
