As the Program Manager, you'll lead our Therapeutic Programs with compassion, expertise, and commitment to excellence.
**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Program Manager maintains an overview of several programs, providing support and leadership to the Program Supervisors and their staff. The Manager is responsible for the overall supervision, development and administration of the programs, including staff recruitment and orientation, community networking with referring agencies, attendance at agency supervisory meetings, monitoring of all reporting and statistics and completion of annual reports. The Manager ensures that program outcomes, according to the written service contract, are achieved. **This position is for a one year term ending June 1, 2026**

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma or degree in a related human/social service field
- Experience: Three years’ recent related experience, including one year of supervisory or administrative experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
- Specific training in behavioural modification, children, youth and adults with support needs, attachment-based parenting, and relationship-based interventions (Trauma-Informed Practice)
- Knowledge (education and experience) of child and adolescent development and family system development
- Knowledge of employment standards, health and safety regulations and supervision principles
- Knowledge and experience with Provincial Government and delegated agency funders in social service sector
- Must have access to a vehicle, hold a valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License, and have business insurance with $3,000,000 liability
- Ability to cover 24-hour on-call when required
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
- First Aid/CPR, and NVCI certificates (Will train in NVCI and First Aid if required)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire our team of Program Supervisors and staff members.
- Oversee the development and administration of our therapeutic programs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor program staff to ensure excellence.
- Communicate our program vision and expectations effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with our community partners.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our programs.
- Analyze program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Managing program budgets
- Provide direction and support during crisis situations.

**Salary**: $70,000-$77,000 annually plus benefits
