Scheduling and Client Service Coordinator

Roseview Global Incubator provides business training and coaching to innovative, high-growth entrepreneurs. We specialize in international startups moving to Canada and are looking to add to our team in response to our growth. We are currently seeking an efficient, collaborative, professional individual who likes a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts. This is an in person, full time position located in Cambridge, Ontario.
Specific duties include:
Program Scheduling and Delivery Duties:
- Create and coordinate schedules as needed for all programs
- Coordinate logistics for our complex training program schedules using Google calendar
- Host online and in-person training sessions and meetings as necessary
- Create and host Zoom webinars and meetings for programs and internal team meetings
- Send client report card questionnaire to mentors before every session
- Send homework, slide decks and documents to participants after each session
Client Relationship Management:
- Greet and host clients in our collaborative workspace in Downtown Cambridge
- Serve as a key point of contact for questions and program follow-up for participants
- Follow up with clients regarding homework and program requirements
Administrative Duties:
- Provide direct administrative support to management team as required
- Update Client Milestones document on a regular basis
- Send participants feedback questionnaire in the middle of and after each program is complete
- File all program documents in Google Drive
- Attend daily and bi-weekly meetings with team
- Provide assistance with marketing related activities as required
- Maintain and update Google Drive
- Oversee website maintenance - edits to text, graphics, etc.
- Create and format program documents
- Create and update training materials using PowerPoint
EDUCATION
Post Secondary Degree or equivalent
INSTRUMENTATION /SOFTWARE
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Proficient in Zoom Meetings and Webinars
- Proficient in Wordpress
- Canva desirable but not required
SKILLS
- Keen attention to detail
- Takes initiative
- Resourceful and flexible
- Proven organization and time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
