Niagara Clifton Group is hiring for multiple **Support Staff **positions, including **Hosts, Bussers, Expo/Food Runners, and Dishwashers** for our Clifton Hill Family Restaurant.

Clifton Hill Family Restaurant is a high-volume local staple, serving up all the homestyle favourites at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located right in the heart of Clifton Hill, our guests enjoy quality service along with classic meal options at a great price.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical part in our guests’ experience by supporting the restaurant operations with a focus of achieving the highest quality standards and service excellence.

**Shifts**: Days, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal.

**Compensation**: $15.50 per hour.

**Support Staff Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a timely, warm, and friendly manner;
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests’ questions and requests;
- Communicate with and assist kitchen and front of house staff;
- Serve food to customers in an accurate and timely manner;
- Wash and restock dishes, glasses, utensils,and pots and pans;
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and presentation standards of the restaurant;
- Perform additional work, including cleaning and assisting others team members;
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service an asset;
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment;
- Good verbal skills to communicate with guests, staff, and management;
- Physically able to perform light to medium lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and walking; and
- Available to work varied schedules (Days, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays) to support the hours of operation.
