By joining our In-flight catering product team within the professional services and delivery organization at CAE, the Team Lead Business Analysis - Flight services will suppodation support and cutover support. Are you ready to: - Gather and Document customer technical requirements and business process requirements. - Provide technical support working with internal teams and airline customers during project implementations. - Work in a team environment with the delivery, development, sales, and customer support teams - Work directly with customer business teams as well customer technical staff. - Supports the testing process during the development phase of new product generation. - Ability to perform business and technical end user training during project implementations. - Lead cross functional-team discussions regarding problem resolution. - Deliver technical service offerings to customers including data analytics, reporting, health checks, training in addition to functionality add-on services. - Conduct business, technical and organizational readiness assessment activities. - 10 plus years experience in airline industry with specific area of expertise in end to end business process of Catering systems including scheduling/planning, operations, reporting and financial controls. - Excellent Communication skills, written and oral. - Self-motivated. - Ability to work with multiple teams. - Persistence to solve complex technical problems. - Self-motivated and takes ownership of problem resolution activities. - Understanding of database tables, SQL queries. - Ability to assess work requirements and tme to complete a task. - Excellent time management skills. **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued. - the opportunity to travel internationally. - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team. - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences. - the possibility to work from home occasionally. - flexible schedules.attractive employee benefits.
