Lenworth is an industry-leading industrial overhead door and loading dock company servicing the Southern Ontario region that is built on hiring the best people in the industry that embody our core values of: trust, hard work and passion. **We are looking for industry-leading Overhead Door / Loading Dock - Lead Hand Service Technicians to join our team immediately**

**Hour Rate Range**:$26.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Job Duties**:

- Diagnose and repair overhead doors, loading docks and associated equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and communication (both externally and internally)
- Completion of all forms and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Company vehicle to be kept clean and operational at all times
- Supervise, train and develop apprentices
- Rotating on-call schedule for after hours service calls
- Perform other duties as require

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ of Lead Hand experience in the Overhead Door or Loading Dock Industry
- Installation experience of Overhead Doors and Loading Docks is a definite asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must be able to work independently
- Comfortable working at heights

**Salary**: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
