Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of medical equipment. Additional duties include providing field service support to clients, ensuring equipment functionality and safety, assisting with installation, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of equipment
- Experience in Field Service tasks, ensuring equipment meets quality standards
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with clients
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Technical certifications or background in a related field is an asset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area as required
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus
