Reporting to the Finance Operations Lead, the Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the accounts payable function.
**What will you do?**
- Support Accounts Payable function including timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Prepare key account reconciliations
- Provide superior customer service to other internal departments to ensure requests and inquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Provide training and mentorship to more junior members of the team to support their growth and development
- Support Finance team and leadership, assisting with various projects as required
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- Superb customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
