Bookkeeper - Part Time

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP B1 or Sage.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights.
- Prepare financial reports for client review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience with account analysis, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
