**Position Overview**:
As a Bench Technician, you will play a vital role in our operations, focusing on programming, repairing, and maintaining various communication devices. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow, as we provide training for those who are new to the field.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Program and repair two-way radios.
- Program and repair pagers.
- Repair satellite phones.
- Cut cables and solder antennas.
- Prepare Push Over Cellular radios.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic understanding of electronics and communication devices is an asset.
- Experience in programming or repairing electronic equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
