**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations within the shop.
- Collaborate with the service advisors to develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or management promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Red Seal technician.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
