Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments to maximize efficiency
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
- Upsell additional services and products to customers when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized service department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive repair

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an automotive service management role is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets
- Familiarity with independent automotive operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
