**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in purchasing the correct parts for vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with customers and technicians to determine their parts needs
- Utilize available resources to identify and source the correct parts
- Assist in sales of parts and accessories
- Market promotions and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to secure competitive rates

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with Mitchell Shop Key ordering system
- Previous experience in aftermarket retail sales or a dealership environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking inventory and orders is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse customer needs

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 2 years (required)

**Location**:

- Dartmouth, NS B2X 2C1 (required)
