**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and direct all daily store operations
- Develop plans to improve store performance using a hands-on lead-by-example approach
- Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers, and handle customer inquiries or complaints
- Conduct daily maintenance and housekeeping of the facility
- Adhere and assure to company policies and procedures
- Maintain quality control standards and company image
- Maintain safety requirements for store and yard
- Perform light service of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Assume and/or assist any/all other employee responsibilities when needed

**What We Are Seeking**:

- 5 years experience in management of small business and equipment rentals
- Completion of University/College level program
- Experience in construction, landscape or other contract service provider that targets home renovations is preferred
- Mechanically inclined including performing household repairs
- Clean Class G driver’s license, background check, bondable
- Knowledge of local area required
