Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for NLFB's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create a content calendar aligned with festival goals, highlighting performers, behind-the-scenes footage, and audience interactions.
- Generate multimedia content such as photos, videos, and graphics to showcase the festival's atmosphere.

2. **Community Engagement**:

- Foster and maintain relationships with NLFB's online community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media promptly.
- Encourage user-generated content by implementing creative campaigns and challenges.

3. **Platform Management**:

- Manage and update social media profiles to reflect current festival information.
- Stay informed about platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to optimize content reach.
- Monitor analytics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with performers, vendors, and sponsors to feature their contributions on social media.

5. **Live Event Coverage**:

- Provide live coverage during festival days, capturing memorable moments and sharing real-time updates.
- Utilize social media features such as live streaming to enhance audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent photography and video editing skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the music and arts scene is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during the festival.
