**Job Overview**

The **Social Media Digital Creator** will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing engaging digital content for Sibwest Group of Companies' social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, video production, and content strategy, who can translate our construction projects into compelling visuals and narratives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute **social media content strategies** to showcase company projects, team culture, and industry insights.
- Create and edit **high-quality videos, reels, and graphics** for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Capture onsite footage of **construction projects, team activities, and behind-the-scenes work**.
- Write **engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions** aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor trends in **construction, digital media, and social platforms** to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in **social media content creation, digital marketing, or video editing**.
- Proficiency in **video editing software** (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of **Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts**.
- Experience in **photography and videography** (using smartphones and professional cameras).
- Excellent **copywriting skills** for captions and social media posts.
- Passion for construction, trades, or industrial storytelling is a plus.
- Ability to work **independently and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.
