he Opportunity

We're seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online brand presence through compelling content, strategic campaigns, and website management. This role blends creativity with analytics — ideal for someone who can turn insights into impact.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow engagement and visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Create and schedule posts that align with firm priorities, thought leadership, and community involvement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data.

Website & Digital Content

  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to create new pages, publish blogs or articles, and enhance user experience.
  • Optimize digital content for SEO and accessibility.

Marketing & Communications

  • Draft and design newsletters, email campaigns, and client announcements.
  • Support proposal and presentation development, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Research industry trends and assist in producing relevant digital content to position the firm as a thought leader.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with partners, managers, and the marketing/administrative team to align digital messaging and client engagement.
  • Track and manage client leads and inquiries from digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (or related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or website content development — experience in professional services (health care, finance, mining, etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, squarespace , and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (an asset).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — with a passion for building meaningful digital connections.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
