We are in the process of creating the leading network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics in the US. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the continuous improvement and growth of 2-5+ CPP clinics under your purview. The role includes
- Strategic planning (e.g., developing clinic data packs and identifying growth drivers of focus)
- Financial performance reporting (e.g., conducting monthly business reviews)
- Coaching (e.g., coach and lead local practices managers throughout transformation initiatives)
- Communications (e.g. weekly syncs with practice managers)
- You will have access to CPPs central support services (accounting, HR, Talent acquisition, IT ) and will be asked to support the practice managers as we build an industry leading, high level of customer experience at each location.
- In addition to managing your local clinics, CPP is an early-stage company and will ask you to support in working with our corporate team to dive into strategic initiatives that will help further accelerate the growth for all our clinics.
- You will report to Antoine Ngo, Vice President, Business Operations at CPP and will work on a hybrid capacity both within the Montreal office and remotely.
- The role includes traveling with the expectation that you can travel as needed to any locations assigned to you, trainings, and meetings across the nation.
